James S. Hansen, B.Eng Joins the Board of Directors and Management Team of SHEC LABS - Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation

Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation is pleased to announce that James S. Hansen, B.Eng., has joined the Board of Directors of SHEC LABS. He will also fill the position of Vice President of Corporate Development for SHEC LABS.

Mr. Hansen received his Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan with experience specifically in the fields of project development and construction, cost engineering, and petroleum engineering. He also has extensive business expertise, having spent the last 20 years in business management and corporate development. During that period of time Mr. Hansen has founded, developed and sold the assets of his company to the largest privately held multinational firm in the United States, in addition to managing the 41-year-old family corporation.

Mr. Hansen has a very good working knowledge of the technology developed by SHEC LABS, has been a shareholder for several years and has worked well with the SHEC LABS team prior to this appointment. He is familiar with corporate startup challenges and historically has a track record of being astute with respect to engineering and business solutions. Mr. Hansen said, "SHEC LABS has a leading position in developing a clean, economical, alternative energy system. This is very exciting and the timing appears to be right with worldwide communities and governments very quickly positioning to adapt." Mr. Hansen adds, "I look forward to the commercialization of the current SHEC LABS technology, and to being part of a worldwide solution."

Mr. Tom Beck, President and CEO of SHEC LABS, said, "The appointment of Mr. Hansen as Director and Vice President of Corporate Development will not only bolster our management team, it will give us additional expertise and leadership to enhance our team and move the company forward into commercialization."
